Result of the Viterbi decoding.

Contains the decoded path as a single subsequence for continuous GNSS input (no Viterbi breaks — the algorithm uses penalty carry-forward to maintain chain continuity).

Fields

subsequences: Vec<ViterbiSubsequence>

Decoded subsequences. For continuous GNSS input this will always contain exactly one entry.

transition_records: Vec<(usize, usize, usize, usize, f64)>

All feasible (non-zero) transition probabilities computed during the forward pass, as (from_t, from_candidate_idx, to_t, to_candidate_idx, transition_probability_linear) tuples.
